Full Job Description

Premier Collision Center is seeking a body shop receptionist to add to our growing team! Must have a minimum of 2 years call center experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and assist customers who enter the facility

Answer incoming calls and inquiries

Maintain the appearance of the showroom/service area

Collect payment from customers

Regularly update customers on the repair status of their vehicle

Assist the Management staff with various clerical duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Minimum 2 years of call center experience required

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Positive attitude

Friendly and team player
