We are growing and looking for Painting Technicians.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Previous painting of 3 years experience a must. Majority of repair work is prepping, caulking, and painting in residential homes either occupied or production homes.
• Ability to repair drywall and or sand texture to blend is a plus.
• Ability to match paint colors (production and or custom)
• Must be able to paint exterior and interior doors and trim.
• Ability to prep and spray indoor finishes is a plus.
• Ability to match stains, and apply stains as needed. 
• Previous home builder prepping and painting is a plus.
• Must have common painting tools to perform daily assignments. Must have ladders and painting tools. (brushes, buckets, caulking gun, sprayer a plus)
• Customer Service experience is required, must be able to discuss painting concerns, and needed corrections with clients and management daily.
• Reliable and dependable for daily work assignments
• Reliable means of transportation
