    Job Summary:

    Work directly under builder-client direction to assist with various customer service duties including; communication directly with trade partners, home buyers, and other customer service representative within the company. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Walk homes with new homebuyers to generate punchlist for construction prior home turnover

    • Walk homes with new homebuyer after turnover to demonstrate operations of appliances, home heating/cooling systems, and educate on general home maintenance

    • Oversee scheduling of trade partners for home repairs after delivery

    • Review routine warranty requests and follow through with completion of approved repairs

    • Create positive relationship with homeowner and provide friendly, reliable, professional customer service

    • Perform all other duties as requested by builder/client
