This job will include in-shop monitoring and team involvement while offering the flexibility of being able to perform somewhat remotely with a flexible schedule. The inflow and outflow of materials requires detailed reporting through financial analysis, initiating the implementation of modern processes to create a more efficient flow, and tracking Company on goings through regular reporting. These reports will include but are not limited to Company and project budget tracking, employee proficiency analysis, and fleet vehicle management. Occasional material runs and site visits may be requested as needed. Personal Qualities Analytical Thinking- Exceptional ability to analyze data and utilize it to make a sound decision Results focused- Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at time competing priorities Communication Skills- Demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret policies/instructions Relationship building skills- ability to work within a dynamic team setting Qualifications * Proficient at analyzing data to create an accurate overview of the information * Ability to work with limited supervision * Proficient computer skills with knowledge on Microsoft Office and Teams * Valid Drivers License General hours of Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm but schedule is flexible. Must be able to work in the United States. Job Type: Part-Time; Hourly W2.
