    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory management, optimize processes, ensure the correct ordering of supplies, and upkeep the maintenance of various necessary company reports. Additionally, this position will monitor company and project budgets as well as maintain the company fleet’s fuel and maintenance reports. This job will include in-shop monitoring and team involvement with a flexible schedule.

    The inflow and outflow of materials requires detailed reporting through financial analysis, initiating the implementation of modern processes to create a more efficient flow, and tracking Company ongoings through regular reporting. These reports will include but are not limited to Company and project budget tracking, employee proficiency analysis, and fleet vehicle management.

    Occasional material runs and site visits may be requested as needed.

    Proficient at analyzing data to create an accurate overview of the information

    Proficient computer skills with knowledge on Microsoft Office and Teams

    Valid Driver’s License

    General hours of Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm but schedule is flexible. Must be able to work in the United States.

    Job Type: Hourly W2.
