What can you expect from our training program?

We offer a comprehensive training program that includes preparing candidates to take the Dental Assistant National Board (DANB) CDA exam, and the NJ expanded functions Registered Dental assistant. We are willing to make the investment in the right candidate who wants to grow in the dental field. Our training program can assist you in obtaining the following licenses:

Certified Dental Assisting license (CDA)

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Job Responsibilities

Dental Assistants will greet and seat patients, perform chairside duties to provide hands-on support to Dentists, and complete prep work so they can more efficiently care for patients. Duties include, sterilize, organize, and arrange dental instruments and equipment in preparation for each patient, collect and record patients’ health history, taking x-rays and intraoral photographs, suctioning and keeping patients' mouths clear during various procedures, apply topical anesthetic and completing in-office lab work and make appliances.

What must you have to qualify as a candidate?

· NJ Dental Radiology license

· Two years chairside dental assisting experience is preferred but we are committed to train the right candidate.

· Great outgoing, engaging personality, and demeanor.

· Ability to multi-task and think on your feet in a high-paced environment

· Professionalism, and ability to build excellent rapport with patients

· Passion and ambition
