Premier Dialysis is searching for Dialysis Registered Nurses to join our team of caring and compassionate nurses and techs. Premier Dialysis is an Free Standing dialysis company in Indianapolis since 2013. This has a mission to have a homelike, family feel with compassion towards our patients and the employees as well. Responsibilities

Dialysis Nurse oversees hemodialysis treatments in accordance with approved facility policies and procedures.

Ensures that Infection control is in compliance with CMS/CDC.

Ensured dialysis machines are set up according to physician prescription.

Monitors the patient during dialysis, assessing any emergent changes in the patient's condition and communicating any issues to the physician as well as the patient's family.

Dialysis Nurse Administers all prescribed dialysis medications.

Ensures that all assigned primary patients receive quality care.

Provides patient education to primary patients

Dialysis Registered Nurse completes Monthly charting and Care-plans for all primary patients.

Qualifications

Dialysis Registered Nurse must have a degree from an accredited Nursing Program is required.

Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of Indiana.

Previous dialysis experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Maintains current CPR certification.

Applicant must have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated high level of clinical excellence.
