Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and ensure that all employees are performing work in a safe manner according to company guidelines
• Work in collaboration with all employees promoting teamwork
• Responsible for Quality Control
• Supervision and responsibility of the total construction effort in accordance with design, budget, quality, and schedule
• Meet all requirements and targets for each project
• Provide technical assistance to field operations (interpretation of drawings, recommendation of construction methods and equipment, etc.) as required
• Liaison between internal and external clients
• Reports the current state of projects directly to the General Superintendent
• Maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Operations Manager
• Conduct quality inspections
• Report costs, including labor time and material to appropriate team
• Communicate and enforce Safety Program demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Attend and participate in project meetings
• Provide training and education to support field foreman

• High School Diploma
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products Job Skills & Abilities
• Broad understanding of industry
• Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good math/accounting skills
• Functions effectively as part of a team
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Strong decision making/problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
