PREMIER ELECTRICAL STAFFING - WE ARE THE NATIONWIDE LEADER IN ELECTRICAL STAFFING, AND WE'RE CURRENTLY SEEKING A ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITER TO JOIN OUR TEMPE, AZ TEAM.
ABOUT THE POSITION: The role of our entry level recruiter is to introduce you to the life of a "Construction Staffer". You will be given tasks, goals, and assignments to reach on both a daily & weekly basis. The primary function of this position will be making phone calls to set up interviews. This means you'll be expected to be on the phone for up to 6 hours a day. Other tasks can include creating and posting ads. Writing candidate response emails, coordinating employee job site info via company provided phone, and developing new avenues of recruitment I.E. hiring events, partnering with Trade Schools, and Community College programs. This role is a hands on position, and can be very rewarding if you enjoy helping people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Including but not Limited too.
· Placing job ads
· Making phone calls
· Screening applicants
· Scheduling interviews
· Ensuring the accurate completion of employment paperwork
· Maintain organized records of candidates and employees
Applicants need to be able to multi-task, work well with a computer, comfortable making phone calls, and remain organized. You should be motivated, and a self-starter. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a major plus.

OFFICE LOCATION: 250 W. Baseline Rd. Tempe, AZ 85282 Suite 106
HOURS OF OPERATION: Hours will vary. Normal work hours 9 am to 6 PM Monday through Friday. Some weekend hours maybe required for replying to applicants, and setting up interviews for the next week.
STARTING PAY: $18 to $20 depending on Experience.
