SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to manage multiple projects at our corporate office. This position will work closely with our Content Director to manage multiple mission-critical applications, as well as our active directory.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge Microsoft Azure AD
• Experience with basic Ticketing and Support systems
• Knowledge of basic troubleshooting best-practices
• Good communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team setting
• Ability to work in-office Monday - Friday

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Cisco Meraki Network Systems
• Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field
