Salary + Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better • Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans • Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support • Oversee all contracts through closing, assuring the collection of commissions • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints • Consistent agent updates and communication • Oversight of contracts through closing • Customer/Vendor relations beyond closing • Schedule and plan seminars, events, and team outings • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Manage all administrative team members - as appropriate • Customer relations • Highly trustworthy and vigilant in handling confidential and sensitive information • Learning based • Service-based attitude • Proficient with multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Bilingual preferred (not required) • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required) • Real estate license preferred (not required • 2 + years of service and management experience • 2 + years of administrative experience • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
