Responsibilities: • Follow the outlined Daily Success Plan which includes calls and handwritten notes to database, realtors, and referral sources • Develop a list of banks, credit unions, etc. to call with a goal of 30 calls per week • Initiate company engagement to attract more business by posting on social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms • Write and send personalized cards for special occasions including thank-yous, birthdays, congratulations, etc. (including gifts and pop-bys, when appropriate) • Maintain the client database to make sure the team can access current information on all leads Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation to attend client meetings • Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role • Understanding of the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Exhibit a high-level of skill with time management, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal aptitude • Must be currently licensed with an NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker licensure or willing to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment • This is not a remote position. Must live in or around Charlotte, NC, and be able to attend client and company meetings, events, and sales functions Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
