Responsibilities: • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property Qualifications: • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
