Manage assigned customer accounts. Multi-tasking required. Address customer concerns. Employee must be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. This role may often be challenging, must be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. Works well with others; teamwork is essential. Foster long-term relationships with customers and help company growth. Be an ambassador for Premier.

Be the main point of contact of assigned customers. Address customer complaints and queries for assigned customers. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Maintain all critical information in Customer Account Books. Update continuously as points of contact change, in addition to any changes in the account requirements. Know the requirements for each account assigned. Must be able to follow established procedures. Generate and distribute invoices for services rendered in a timely manner. Ensure all services provided are invoiced to customers. Work with management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes. Must be able to work well with others. Monitor company email and other communication systems to ensure fast responses to clients. Filing and organization a must. Monitor all customer inventories to ensure accuracy. Report any discrepancies to supervisor for resolution & follow established procedures. Proficiency in outlook, excel, and word Ability to learn & use computer systems with ease. Other duties as assigned by management.

Proven experience as an Account Representative/Customer Service Proficient in MS Office/excel/word/outlook Strong communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking ability Assertiveness and confidence Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic accounting skills a plus Good problem-solving skills High school diploma; BS/BA in business is a plus
