    We’re searching for a LICENSED, EXPERIENCED & LOCAL real estate assistant for our SWFL business. NOT a virtual or remote opportunity. Real estate is a people business we are hands-on! You’ll be responsible for extensive communication with clients both verbal and written. managing all paperwork and providing a high level of customer service...think RITZ CARLTON WHITE GLOVE! Responsibilities: • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals Qualifications: • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Real estate experience and/or license required • Work in our friendly, modern Bonita Springs office • Positive, CAN DO attitude • Be flexible, versatile, and willing to switch gears and have FUN! • Friendly, people person with a heart of service who enjoys working with people and helping bring white glove service! Compensation: $50,000+
