Regional Sales Director to lead a team of 7 field-based, Rare Disease Therapeutic Specialists, covering Northern California and NV (Reno), for a growing and global biopharmaceutical company. You can be located in or around a major metropolitan area in the Northern California Region.

Regional territory consists of San Fran, Oakland, San Jose, Fresno, Santa Barbara, Sacramento and Reno. Call Points: Pulmonology and Infectious Disease

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 3-5 years of front-line leadership required. • Experience building high performing teams and successful product launch experience required as a front-line leader. • Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record. Up to 50% travel. **Rare disease, pulmonary and/or ID is ideal but not necessary.
