Seeking a Director of Reimbursement Support with experience developing and managing insurance verification systems and teams. Company is in medical device / biologics. Location is in the Atlanta area.

RESPONSIBILTIES - Build and manage a patient insurance verification system/reimbursement hub, including technology infrastructure, SOPs, communication standards, and training development.

- Hire and develop a high-performing, high-quality team of case managers to field incoming verification requests.

- Work cross-functionally with the sales team, field reimbursement team, and reimbursement policy team to consistently identify opportunities for process improvement, provider communication clarity, technology improvement.

- Implement a culture of customer service, providing support to key internal and external stakeholders.

- Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators regarding team performance and operational efficiency.

- Interface with a broad mix of payers to verify patient coverage for products.

- Leverage large datasets to identify trends and insights in payer coverage.

REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

- 7+ years’ experience in a medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical HUB/insurance verification team.

- Preferred 2+ years of team management experience.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Experience developing and managing CRM systems.
