Job Title: Member Service Representative
We are seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide information about products, services, and membership benefits
- Assist members with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and technical issues
- Process member transactions, including payments and account updates
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to members
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve member issues and provide a seamless service experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Experience in a call center or financial institution is a plus
