Position Details:

Location: St. Augustine, FL

Qualifications:

Passion to impact your community through martial arts (a Must)

Great personality and people skills: friendly, professional, personable, outgoing, approachable, sociable (a Must for this role)

Comfortable presenting to a wide range of audience (parents, educators, and students) in small or large groups

Detailed, organized, proficient, and self-starter

Martial arts training (Black Belt preferred but not necessary)

Fitness level required to conduct martial arts instructions

Criminal background check (Required)

Responsibilities

Martial Arts Instructions

Complete the initial Premier Martial Arts instructor, skills and systems training and future refreshers (as needed)

Conduct scheduled martial arts instruction for ages 5 to adult

Promote PMA mission and goals, and limited martial arts demonstrations in community events

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $35,000 to $45,000 annually (based on experience, skills, qualifications, and part-time / full-time options) plus bonus
