We are a LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY BUSINESS looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator who is enthusiastic about Improving focus and concentration, developing leaders, building confidence, encouraging physical fitness and teaching self-defense through martial arts.  We raised 6 kids and currently have 17 grandchildren.  We are passionate about empowering lives through Martial Arts!  We're looking for team members who love kids and are detail oriented, energetic, organized, proficient and self-starters to join our team, our family.  Martial Arts Experience a plus but not required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of marketing and sales experience
• Experience and passion for working with children and adults (ages 5 to Adult)
• GREAT communication skills (bi-lingual is a plus)
• Experience with marketing activities (i.e., member sales, booths, business to business, partnering with local schools, etc.)
• Experience interacting with parents, handling issue resolution.

Duties:

• Achieve New Student, Upgrade, Gross Revenue Goals
• Follow up & Manage all Marketing Leads
• Schedule, Promote, Conduct all in School Events
• Excellent Customer Service to our Members
• Execute Quarterly Advertising/Promotions
• Facility Management-Cleaning/Repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38,000 to $48,000.00 per year
