Job Summary:

We are looking for assistant coaches to be part of our team and join our community. Martial Arts pedigree is certainly welcome and a plus, but if your martial arts background is not extensive there is still plenty of students who need help at the beginner and intermediate level. Here we train in all forms of striking, kickboxing, and official Premier Martial Arts self defense techniques. Teaching here is very enjoyable because the best way to teach the kids is by having lots of fun! It's also very rewarding to be part of a loving and devoted community! As an instructor you also get to train with the teens & adults! We only have part time positions available at this time, but more hours will be made available to those who want work, as well as weekend classes, parents night outs, birthday parties, etc. All in all an instructor here needs to have fun, behave, teach, and of course, train.

Responsibilities:

Teaching or Assisting kids Class

Assisting means walking around class and helping individual students while while the coach leading class teaches the base technique, or it could mean leading class if the lead instructor has to step away, or you may step away and help students get ready to join class.

Training with as well as teaching adult class

Cleaning

Having fun!

Qualifications:

At least 1 year Prior Martial Arts Experience

Black Belt Certificate not mandatory but a plus

If minimal martial arts background, but extensive athletic background and being in great shape certainly helps. Remember it does not make you an expert in the subject matter, although it may help some with some transactional skills
