JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Customer Service Agent and Underwriter who is multi-talented and is willing to accept a role with diverse responsibilities and adapts to changing environment. REQUIREMENTS:

·       Must have a Property and Casualty license.

·       A solid insurance background and experience, especially in the preferred business (personal and commercial).

·       Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

·       Attention to detail and good organizational skills

·       People-oriented and has the ability to work in a team environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.

·      Complete Certificates of Insurance and supervise customer service agents

·       Focus on retention

·       Maintain strong work ethic with total commitment to success each and every day.

·       Market appropriate products and services according to customer’s needs, as needed. Products such as home, auto, life, commercial and many more.
