    Position: Bell Services Attendant Location: Virgin Hotel Full Time and Part Time Available

    The Bell Services Attendant Position:

    The ideal candidate for a Bell Services Attendant position at Premier Parking is energetic, outgoing, polite, responsible, and professional; works well under pressure, enjoys servicing people, and possesses strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal). The ability to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending is a requirement of the position.

    As a Bell Services Attendant, you will be responsible providing outstanding hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. You will work closely with the Front Desk team, management, and other hotel departments in providing guest assistance with luggage, transportation, and miscellaneous needs. Often the first and last impression a guest see while staying at the hotel.

    · Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers

    · Acknowledge and greet guests within 5 feet while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor

    · Use guest last name at all times when appropriate

    · Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure

    · Appropriately use salutation of the day and welcome to hotel (name)

    · Knowledge of hotel, outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc.

    · General knowledge of the city and attractions

    · Use hotel proper phone etiquette

    · Post up in appropriate areas when not completing tasks

    · Conduct an effective and efficient room presentation

    · Assist guests with room changes

    · Knowledge of each room type

    · Assist with the delivery and pick up of items to guest rooms

    · To work with and without supervision and follow directions of supervisors when requests are made

    ● Other duties as assigned
