    Position: Parking Enforcement/ AuditorDowntown NashvilleFull TimeParking Enforcement/ Auditor Job Summary:

    As a Parking Auditor, you are the face of Premier Parking in our Parking Lots and will assist customers as needed with a polite and courteous attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring parking lot customers have properly paid and will issue violations when required. Our TEAM takes pride in our parking lots and you will continually assist in the day-to-day maintenance, and upkeep of the property, grounds, and common areas.

    Parking Enforcement/ Auditor Essential Duties and Functions:

    · Provide assistance to parking customers by answering questions about rates, how to pay, directions, etc

    · Patrol parking lots in downtown Nashville

    · Write and issue parking violations to parking customers and tenants who violate parking policies

    · Ongoing upkeep and picking up of any trash

    · Maintain cleanliness of meters and surrounding area for accessibility

    · Communicate debris, water, oil spills and hazards to local office

    Parking Enforcement / Auditor Minimum Qualifications

    · High school diploma or GED
