JOB SUMMARY:

If so, we need your help as one of our Wholesale Sales associates to assist our customers in finding the right products for their needs within our team for Premier Performance & Trucktech group, a division of Aftermarket Performance Group (APG). Here is a little bit more about the position.
The Wholesale Sales Associate applies extensive knowledge of our product lines and automotive knowledge. In this position you will assist our customers in finding the right products for their needs. You will communicate with customers through phone and email, as well as receiving inbound calls and follow up on sales quotes through outbound calls. This position reports up to the Director of Sales.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 2 to 4 years of work-related experience and/or a combination of 2 to 4 years work related education
Preferred:
· Associate degree: Applied Science, Mechanical training, and/or related degree
· Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) as a Master Technician or other related certifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous Call Center or Customer Service Experience
· Customer-oriented attitude, with a strong desire to go above and beyond the needs of customers
· Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze customers’ needs and make recommendations based on your knowledge of the product, mechanical knowledge, and business goals and objectives
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
· Must be able to understand customers time restraints, budget, and goals
