JOB DESCRIPTION PURPOSE An established, industry leader with exceptional level of customer satisfaction is seeking a professional outside Sales Representative to join our team. This Outside Sales Representative role will sell to Construction Companies across the San Francisco Bay Area and around the Santa Clara County region. You will work alongside industry leaders and undergo the training required to be successful in your role. If you are an independent self-starter with demonstrated success in Sales, we would like to talk to you. COMPENSATION & JOB TYPE * Full-time Position: (Monday-Friday) * Salary and Commissions: Base salary: $55,000-$57,000 annually + monthly commission, payroll is on a weekly basis * Car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, or company provided cell phone, and gas card for work related mileage. BENEFITS Company offered medical benefits offered at 60 days of employment, including 401k, 401k matching, and other optional benefits including dental and voluntary benefits per company policy. Employee contribution for benefits is determined on an annual basis. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * 3 - 5 Years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related field * Associate degree, or another similar Certificate * Proven and Exemplary Sales or Customer Service Record * Previous knowledge of the Construction industry (preferred, not required) TASKS * Oversee the daily sales, and operations duties * Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting in assigned territory * Travel within the assigned sales territory to meet prospects and customers * Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers * Conduct telephone and email communications as well as face-to-face meetings with customers * Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts * Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally (training will be provided) * Meet or exceed set sales goals and metrics * Provide excellent customer service and timely communication to customer inquiries, and concerns * Identify room for sales growth and future product offerings * Capture new business in the Bay Area and surrounding cities * Be a team player, communicate and report to the GM/Sales Manager SOFTWARE * G-Suite: Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive, Calendar * Familiarity with CRM platforms is a huge plus, or related software Company Description ABOUT PREMIER RECYCLE COMPANY Premier Recycle Company conserves natural resources through careful attention to detail, and a persistence to achieve the highest quality standard in Recycling.
