As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and company group leadership team to drive our company's growth and success.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to our CEO. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the company's strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, effective decision-making, and efficient execution of key projects. As a Chief of Staff, you will serve as a bridge between the CEO and various teams within the company, helping to drive company goals and maintain a high level of operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop, communicate, and execute the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across all departments.
    • Project Management: Oversee and manage critical projects and initiatives, tracking progress, ensuring timelines are met, and troubleshooting any roadblocks that may arise.
    • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other internal teams, facilitating clear and open lines of communication.
    • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
    • Executive Support: Assist the CEO in managing their schedule, prioritizing tasks, and preparing for meetings, presentations, and communications.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Policy Development: Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
    • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the company's progress and success, reporting regularly to the CEO.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors, to support business growth.
    • Advisory Role: Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the CEO based on industry trends, market dynamics, and data analysis.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or in a similar capacity.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment.
    • Commitment to upholding the company's values and mission.

    Job Type: Full-Time, In-person, no remote work. Up to 50% travel between islands in Hawaii State, approx. 10% out of state travel. Normal hours are 40 hours a week but may be more depending on needs of CEO.

    Salary: 100k w/20% annual bonus, depending on experience.
