WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR AN EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Initiation
• Educate customers on reconstruction process.
• Project Planning
• Identify and document project scope of work review estimates, review budgets.
• Project Execution - Create project schedule and timeline. Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers. 
• Negotiate terms and set expectations. 
• Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors. 
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers. 
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Customer Satisfaction - Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience.
• Compile and resolve punch list items. 
• Perform final walk-through with customer.

Minimum Experience:

• 15+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a crew of 2 or more people

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic computer skills

The pay is based on industry experience with opportunity for advancement, training and Industry certifications for the qualified candidate.
