Job Description to include but not limited to:

• Site inspections (schedule & visit)
• Write estimates in the field
•  Run multiple projects at a time
• Document notes, photos, sketches into industry related software on a daily basis
• Sell the restoration services to insurance adjusters, homeowners and property managers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential referral sources
• Be able to understand and profitably estimate the flow and process of repairs while keeping within budget
• Works closely and reports to Reconstruction Manager to schedule projects, which may include sub-contractors and materials necessary for the project.
• Be available 24/7 for emergency disaster situations and other restoration related activities

Skills/Experience/Qualities:

• Two (2) years of restoration experience preferred, but not required **
• Two (2) years of estimating experience preferred using Xactimate, but not required**
• Have a general understanding of construction/restoration principles, i.e., framing, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Fast paced thinking
• Leadership mentality
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient with mobile devices, i.e., IPhones, Tablets, etc.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Valid Driver's license with a clean abstract

**Knowledge of Xactimate and/or Residential/Commericial restoration not required, but a plus!
