    Job Description

    The Business Development Representative is part of our growing Multi-Family division. This position is in charge of networking and communicating with existing and future clients. Premier offers world class service in roofing, gutters, siding, painting, and windows. The Business Development Rep will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and engaging in community outreach. The Business Development Representative will present and deliver information to future clients at client meetings and conferences. The Business Development Rep has high levels of collaboration and teamwork with the sales manager and other key managers at Premier. This position requires self motivation and offers an incredible level of independence, backed by award-winning customer service and industry leading best practices.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Maintain presence in market, focused on HOA Community Management in geographically assigned markets

    • Build new relationships with Community Association Managers and their associated Board of Directors

    • Ensure quality customer service between regular client interactions throughout sales process towards achieving preferred vendor status

    • Maintain relationships with clients and long-term business contacts through scheduled weekly or monthly engagements

    • Learn the Premier business development process and value proposition to effectively convert to potential clients

    • Identify, qualify, and secure insurance loss service agreements utilizing our CRM and market research software

    • Working with the estimating department to produce all necessary information to clients

    • Manage a pipeline of clients with an average sales cycle of 3-12 months

    • Conduct sales presentations to key decision makers and members of the HOA (5-100 people)

    • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through our CRM and market research

    • Demonstrated successful sales management abilities that translate opportunities into revenue generation

    • Must demonstrate a high level of consultative technique

    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities, and attend all company-wide meetings and scheduled events

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with CRM required
    • 3+ years B2B sales or business development experience required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Must have experience with closing contracts
