POSITION: HR Generalist JOB TYPE: Contract LOCATION: Nicholasville , KY SALARY: Based on Experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

This key role, the HR Generalist will be the principal HR partner supporting the day-to-day HR needs of the facility employees.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational HR and acts as site HRBP
• Works closely with line managers and employees providing consultative and operative support
• Full-cycle recruitment
• Employee Relations
• Maintaining a high degree of employee HR support
• Championing the Performance Management process
• Talent Development and Succession Planning activities
• Supporting management in successfully driving change initiatives and building a culture

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area with a minimum of three (2) years of experience in HR in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize objectives and daily tasks to meet multiple deadlines.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels as well build trust
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Highly motivated; Strong organizational skills. Disciplined self-starter; Ability to multitask
