Premier Staffing Source, Inc. is seeking a Systems Development Business Analyst in Phoenix, AZ.  POSITION DESCRIPTION  This position will support new application development, as well as system enhancement efforts for the division’s applications including; Admissions Portal, Acuity Based Staffing, Quality Management, and other applications. This position will work closely with the project manager to elicit requirements from key stakeholders, which include; hospital executive leadership, medical and administrative professionals, and subject matter experts. The position will engage with software developers, UX designers, quality assurance, and business intelligence resources to ensure that the customers’ needs are forefront in the project. The role will be responsible for establishing best practices for requirements gathering, management, and tracking, facilitating JAD sessions, interviews, and other requirements gathering meetings, producing functional and non-functional requirements, visual process and project artifacts, training materials, or other documentation as needed.     SKILLS REQUIRED    This position must have the following skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Meeting facilitation and requirements elicitation skills Managing multiple projects or priorities Excellent documentation skills, including visual process or project artifacts Translating customer needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements           EXPERIENCE REQUIRED    This position must have experience with: Eliciting requirements for midsize to large projects Medical and technical writing Engaging with highly skilled medical professionals Facilitating JAD sessions, interviews, or other requirements gathering meetings Establishing standards for requirements documentation, MIS organization schemas, and strategies for requirements management. Has worked with Azure DevOps, and is familiar with Jira, or other ticketing systems Familiarity with Google Suite tools and Office Products     EXPERIENCE PREFERRED    Experience in government, healthcare, or medical systems Figma, or other rapid prototyping tools     EDUCATION REQUIRED    General knowledge of methodologies and techniques for systems analysis and design, business process modeling, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and software development Familiarity with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience)     EDUCATION PREFERRED    Agile or SCRUM certification PMI certification Lean or Six-sigma     ADDITIONAL INFORMATION    While this position has the option to telework, they will be expected to be on site as required by business demands, and especially during on boarding. ASH is an in-patient psychiatric facility, and while interacting with patients is not a requirement of the position, personnel may from time to time pass through areas where patients may be present. Pursuant to CMS guidelines, staff are required to be current on COVID-19 vaccination, and will be required to provide proof of vaccination at or before start date. Staff will be required to complete a blood test at the date of start to ensure the safety of the employee and the patient population. This is provided at no cost by medical staff on site.     EOE
