    Job Description

    Premier Table Linens is a leader in the linen industry for weddings, special events, party rental, catering and special events industry. Prefer applicant with experience in the wedding, special events or party rental industry but will train right individual.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: We are both a brick and mortar and internet E-commerce company. You must be comfortable in a face to face situation as well as telephone and electronic communication. You will be responsible for serving customers by providing excellent customer service, product and service information and problem resolutions.

    MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY. Customer Service Representative Duties: • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions. Suggesting information about other products and services. • Assist walk-in customers in our Outlet Store. • Provide excellent customer service on telephone and through email. • Opens customer accounts by recording account information. • Maintains customer records by updating account information. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. • Recommends potential products or services to management by discussing and analyzing customer needs. • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Assist with the launch of our new website on Shopify with data entry. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking, Attention to detail. Proficient English spoken, professional phone demeanor required. Must be fluent in the English language.

    You will be required to be capable with the following software and programs. • All aspects of Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of Word and Excel required. • Google, basic knowledge of Gmail required. • Experience with Magento or CRM Software preferred, if not, training will be provided. • Adobe Acrobat, creating and sending PDF's Premier is an equal opportunity employer, the position is a full-time position.
