ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Interviews and talks with customers about mortgage loans and processes loan applications.
• Reviews the application for completeness and integrity of loan data.
• Maintains contact with the customer, realtor, and/or seller during the entire loan process.
• Reviews documentation and brings any discrepancies to the attention of management. Works to resolve pending issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures that all mortgage loans are processed and funded in accordance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and state and federal laws.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum three years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or completion of specialized course of study at a business or trade school.

Salary Range: $24.40 to $36.60 per hour
