    ACQUISITIONS SPECIALIST

    Premiere is growing! We are looking for someone to fill the role of Acquisitions Specialist on our team. Do you have experience in business development, general acquisitions, or commercial real estate sales? This may be a good fit for you! We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, determined, and dedicated. This is a fast-paced role that would be best executed by someone who is skilled at being able to pivot and problem solve. 

    ABOUT PREMIERE

    Premiere was founded in 2016 with the goal of investing in, leasing, and selling premium commercial and industrial properties. Our office is located in Columbia, MO and we are an incubator for startups. We foster new ideas by problem-solving, developing innovative processes, and investing in and implementing technology that improves user experience.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Develop a pipeline of internal and external resources to generate leads in the verticals in which our acquisitions team operates.
    • Build relationships with sellers, realtors, etc. and be the point of contact for Premiere with these external contacts.
    • Request, gather, and route all necessary information to the financial analysts for deal analysis, and the development of financial projections for valuation analysis.
    • Assist in the analysis of acquisitions and provide insights such as public comps and market analysis.
    • Support transaction diligence efforts, coordinating with internal business and functional leaders as well as external consultants and advisors. Assist acquisition team by initiating surveys, inspections, etc., and following up with those entities to ensure timely delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to analyze diligence findings
    • Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate key diligence findings and recommendations for remediation for CEO and other executives
    • Support external and internal counsel on drafting and reviewing transaction agreements, including driving business decision points in negotiations

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

    • Organizational skills and the ability to execute a complex process across multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
    • Intrinsic comfort with cold calling and relationship building via phone, email, and videoconference. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, but not required
    • Experience in business development, general acquisitions, and commercial real estate sales/purchases preferred
    • Ability to interpret due diligence findings, including an understanding of risk allocation in purchase agreements
    • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate complex concepts to executives both verbally and in writing
    • Strong project management skills
    • Easy to work with and at home in a team environment
