Job Summary : The Anatomy and Physiology Online Nursing Instructor will play a crucial role in educating and mentoring nursing students through our virtual learning platform. As the primary facilitator of the Anatomy and Physiology courses, the instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive online lectures, creating and assessing course materials, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports student success.

Responsibilities:

1. Course Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive online lectures on Anatomy and Physiology topics, ensuring that the course content aligns with the curriculum objectives and industry standards.
2. Course Materials: Create and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, multimedia presentations, handouts, and assessments, to promote effective learning and student engagement.

Student Support: Maintain regular communication with students, offering academic support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve their learning objectives.

Technology Integration: Utilize the online learning management system and other digital tools effectively to enhance the learning experience and streamline administrative tasks.

Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of Anatomy and Physiology, nursing education methodologies, and online teaching best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to improve instructional skills and knowledge.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other nursing instructors and faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning and ensure the coherence of the nursing curriculum.

Qualifications :

1. A bachelor's degree or higher in anatomy, physiology, biology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience teaching anatomy and physiology in an online setting.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and connect with students virtually.
4. Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, learning management systems, and other relevant tools.
