    Premium 360 is not your standard ‘efficiency company’. We have the most innovative solar system on the market, we offer items to make the home more comfortable while lowering our clients' utility bills and even have ways of improving their overall health through improved home air quality.

    We are looking for seasoned sales professionals &/or presenters to work in our ‘Dinner Program’ model of the business.

    Your responsibilities will be to deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we have to offer. Presentations are conducted one to three times a day and usually over three-four day week.

    New recruits will be required to travel a lot in the beginning but we expect most seasoned staff to work on 2 weeks and 2 weeks off rotation. (You will learn more about creating your schedule when you speak with us).

    All travel is provided by the company with the exception of some gas and food. Details will be provided on our first greeting call.

    Primary job responsibilities include:

    • Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, technology-driven, "green products" and services to homeowners

    • Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching on a weekly basis

    • Team building and mentorship

    • Strategic presentation development

    Qualifications:

    • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

    • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise

    • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline

    •Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

    • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings • Previous sales experience preferred

    Income:

    • $60,000 - $80,000 average first-year compensation
