Most install teams work two weeks on one week off, unless otherwise discussed beforehand. Schedules are generated a month in advance, meaning you will be aware of where and when you are going out. We provide fuel and lodging, and you will work with a team of professionals who educate homeowners on energy efficiency strategies, conduct an on site inspection, and subsequently schedule the installation of our home efficiency products with you. We install Insulation, Solar Fans and Probiotic machines. You will need to be okay with working in small spaces, attics can be very tight.

Tools and training are provided on the job, and your first two week's field training pay is $500 per week, you are then converted to standard job based compensation after that. As an Installer, you are always guaranteed $500 - $700 a week, but most Leads make between 1K - $2K a week on average. Pay increases after 90 days (provided you pass your probationary period).
