By joining PMF you will help businesses and merchants solve their financial needs with key services such as payroll, equipment financing, real-estate, term loans, and Merchant Cash Advances.
The role of the Account Manager is to service the client’s day to day needs and ensure expected delivery and client satisfaction. Achieving profitable and sustainable market share growth within all accounts is essential, while catering to brand image and ensuring account target achievement. You must have a finger on the pulse of the industry and its competitive trends, be forward thinking, have strong attention to detail, and use your voice to surface suggestions and strategic ideas as we navigate a fast paced industry.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team in all day-to-day activities, helping to maintain account strategies and quality control, while understanding strategic account plans.
- Represent assigned accounts both externally and internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions by communicating projects, issues and opportunities across sales, product, and operations teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer success, communication with clients, managing their needs always.
- Apply understanding of client objectives, consumer behavior/motivations.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure clients are receiving the money they have been funded for.
- Partner with Sales to develop and present new opportunities and renewal/retention efforts to clients.
- Seek standardization and automation wherever possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred 2-3 years account management or business development in a commercial lending situation.
- Strong background in facilitating management for a high volume of sales.
- Highly entrepreneurial, team player with attention to detail and the motivation to exceed goal deadlines.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to liaise internally and externally with a consultative yet enthusiastic approach.
- Confidence with prospecting, presentation and selling skills while being friendly, engaging, and adaptable to different work styles.
- Outstanding project and time management skills, proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Salary: 65-80K plus commission
