    Job Description

    The ACCOUNT MANAGER directly oversees one or more operations and is responsible for account performance for financial, government compliance, and customer/client satisfaction objectives. The Account Manager is expected to maintain relationships with the present client to obtain references and leads to new business opportunities. Account Managers are responsible for the accountability, training, and development of all Premium Parking staff, and is expected to inspire associates to continuously improve and develop their knowledge and skills. The Account Manager reports to the Market President and Department Director.

     

    PREMIUM PARKING, a high growth company with a strong focus on developing a professional, customer-focused culture and using proven operating systems, has an immediate opening for an Account Manager who will help us leverage our position within the parking industry through the building and managing strategic business relationships in Coral Gables, FL.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Cultivate and maintain positive, strong relationships with clients, including responding to client requests and concerns and attending client meetings
    • Oversee all aspects of the client’s parking, including staffing, parker credentials, and lease provision compliance
    • Manage the day-to-day activities of the location including, but not limited to supervising the completion of all evening closing reports, processing bank deposits, scheduling staff, supervising line staff, preparing month-end reports, auditing daily cashier shift reports, monitoring, and checking of time cards, hiring and training of line staff, and reviewing of damage claims
    • Complete weekly financial reports and monthly projections, communicating with executive leadership
    • Engage in the development of location-level financial and operational goals
    • Develop and execute marketing and operating strategies and participate in market research and new business development
    • Utilize Access and revenue control system hardware and software
    • Direct projects related to the maintenance and security of parking garages and surface lots

    Required:

    • Previous relevant experience; college degree preferred
    • Valid drivers license required
    • Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
    • Must have good communication skills
    • Must maintain a professional appearance
    • Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, cold, heat, and humidity
