We are looking for a motivated person to join our property management department. The candidate will be inspecting rental properties, both occupied and unoccupied. Handling pre move in inspections, renewals, and move out inspection as well as posting notices to cure. A company car will be provided. Much of the day will be spent traveling in and around Central Florida. All tools, gas, and software will be provided. Responsibilities: • Perform inspections on rental properties • Post notices on properties • Additional Tasks as requested Qualifications: • An eye for photography • Ability to talk with staff and tenants • Clean driving record and valid drivers license • A valid Real Estate License is preferred, but not required Compensation: $17 hourly
