What you’ll be doing:
Work on projects as a member of the Data Analytics and Operations team at Premium Service Brands.
Dig into operational metrics for small businesses across the home services space.
Develop revenue generation models & ROI analyses for locations at all levels ($150k annual revenue-$3mm annual revenue)
Work with vendor partners to drive success
Responsibilities:
Help to maintain and expand the scope of PSB’s data & reporting structures
Generate insights from operational data for stakeholders across the organization
Sit behind metrics driving small business success.
What you need:
Developed communication skills
Capable of telling stories with data
Experience reporting to multiple stakeholders
Studying a field that involves distilling best possible answers from complex problems
Demonstrated responsibility in student organizations or research experience
Strong number sense
Would be very beneficial to have:
Strong skills in Excel
Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Python, or Power BI
Background in franchised businesses
Experience building reports in CRM software
Understanding of the home services industry
In person 11 weeks minimum over the summer. Flexible Start/End Dates.
$20/hour
Opportunity to extend into hybrid/remote over fall semester 2024.
