Position Details
The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Premium Service Brands. VP of Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own and drive our operations strategy, technology, customer support, expansion and support other cross functional processes. The VP of Operations role must be located in Charlottesville VA.
What you’ll do:
Acts as a strategic partner on the senior leadership team and works closely with all teams to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Integrate acquisitions.
Implementation of new systems and processes.
Coaches and develops the team to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics.
Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
Develops and implements strategies, procedures, and business plans needed to enhance company growth.
Translates strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
Assists executive team members in creating, growing, and building a world class, industry leading organization.
Leads and develops a team across multiple locations and over various functions.
Motivates and leads a high-performance team.
Demonstrates a willingness to take on new responsibilities with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved. A growth abundance mindset.
Demonstrated ability to hold leaders and Team Members accountable for relevant Premium Service Brands commitments.

Bachelor's degree required or three (3) years a VP of Operations, General Manager or equivalent.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000
