    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As a Franchise Business Coach, you will partner with 20-40 franchise owners across the US. Your position will play a critical role with franchise owners across different stages of business ownership. You will partner with each franchise owner to develop strategy, help drive accountability and engagement, and motivate and track key performance metrics. As a Business Coach you will collaborate with an integrated internal team of Franchise Support, to include executive leadership, marketing, accounting and external vendors to ensure Franchisee success. A prime candidate will have a proven track-record and ability to help others scale their business, support owners by removing obstacles and advise on financial and operational metrics. You will do this by analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and driving change both internally and externally.

    This is an in-person position that requires working from our Charlottesville, VA office.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Support owners as they onboard as a new franchisee and prepare to launch new business

    Guide mature owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring they have resources in place to effectively advance operations and prepare for growth

    Conduct business and financial reviews weekly/bi-weekly with franchise owners to discuss business performance and new opportunities, as well as to provide benchmarking data and insights

    Partner with executive leadership to support revenue growth across the franchise brand(s)

    Identify workflow inefficiencies within the franchise network and work to formulate and implement operational improvements in partnership with franchise owner

    Build and lead group educational sessions with franchise owners around specific topics; areas of improvement and growth opportunities

    Liaison with internal Operations, Learning departments to advance training and development across the Franchise network

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    Bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounting, Business Administration preferred)

    5+ years of relevant work experience (business ownership, revenue management, account management)

    Proven track record in running a small business and/or scaling businesses

    Ability to review, understand and execute strategies through understanding profit/loss statements

    Leadership experience, including the ability to have a strong presence, motivate others and inspire change and growth

    Verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues

    Highly organized and thrive in a dynamic environment with the ability to set and adjust priorities independently

    Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit - independent, self-motivated, adaptable, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    Positive attitude

    BONUS POINTS

    MBA or other advanced graduate degree.

    Franchise experience

    Experience working with or owning a small business.
