Digital Media Assistant

The video production assistant will work closely with the media content specialist in scheduling, producing, and editing video content for various departments within Premium Service Brands. The video department works with all departments, developing training video, outwards facing marketing videos, system wide live stream events, and a company wide podcast. Reports to the Media Content Specialist.
Video Production:
Assist with pre-production, and production of video content (creating a storyboard,shot list,script writing,equipment setup)
Assist in editing footage and audio (color correction, syncing audio,color grading)
Youtube, social media and brand specific campaigns
Leverage social media and execute audience-building campaigns across our brand and demographics
Strategic development and execution of promotions and advertising projects
Ability to analyze, evaluate and communicate promotional program results.
Experience across all media (social, print, TV, radio, outdoor, TV online)
Evaluate competitors, market conditions, and consumer research and analyze the success of marketing programs with key metrics for the development of promotional programs
Enhancement of the public persona of the brand/company
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite Software, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
Experience in communications, public relations & communications, marketing communications, brand marketing, direct marketing, or similar fields required.
Written and Verbal skills with the ability to identify the situation/issue/opportunity and address it for the benefit of the brand/company.
Must have experience interpreting and analyzing Consumer Research and have a good understanding of testing methodologies
High familiarity with brand development planning, innovation and creative ideation processes
Strong experience with sales and data analysis
A demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans against required timeframes and to deliver desired results
Takes initiative, ability to set goals and entrepreneurial
History of demonstrated success in the brand strategy and innovation development
Must have experience working with diverse cross-functional team
Has excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
