    Marketing Coordinator

    Purpose of the Marketing Coordinator:

    As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll gain valuable experience in communications and marketing. You’ll execute and deliver brand marketing strategies, support the brands with all marketing campaigns and activations, and support the Marketing and Operations teams in all areas of the business (brand activations, PR, marketing implementation).

    Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

    Communications & Brand Activations:

    Assist with the planning and execution of major brand email initiatives

    Manage and participate in brand-led activations and campaigns.

    Understanding of the franchisor/franchisee relationship and advertising requirements, programs, policies and procedures as outlined in the franchise agreement. Ability to identify and create tools that will support the marketing/advertising efforts of the franchise system.


    Newsletters and brand-specific campaigns

    Researching outcomes of campaigns and build case studies

    Strategic development and execution of promotions and advertising projects

    Enhancement of the public persona of the brand/company.

    Build Personas

    Development of Marketing Playbook

    Roll out of CRM and lead management systems for all brands

    Graphic design and creative design for collateral and branding materials

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

    Experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, public relations & communications, direct marketing, or similar fields required.

    Experience across all media (social, print, TV, radio, direct mail, shared mail, outdoor, TV online).

    CRM utilization - preferred in a training role and user interface

    Excellent customer service abilities.

    Written and verbal skills with the ability to identify the situation/issue/opportunity and address it for the benefit of the brand/company.

    Knowledge and experience in Canva, Adobe and HTML required.

    Experience in the home service industry as it relates to Brand Marketing.

    Strong experience with sales and data analysis.

    A demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans against required timeframes and to deliver desired results.

    Takes initiative, ability to set goals and entrepreneurial spirit.

    History of demonstrated success in the brand strategy and innovation development.

    Has excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.

    Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
