We are seeking a driven and inspired individual to fill our Marketing Coach role. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contemporary small business marketing strategies, including Social Media, SEO and SEM. This position requires strong communications skills and ability to hold others accountable and coach our clients to success.
The Marketing Coach is responsible for monitoring client and vendor performance, providing marketing guidance/coaching and implementing and analyzing marketing best practices.
In order to succeed in this position you must possess a strong understanding of Marketing terminology and vocabulary as well as the communication skills required to educate and ensure our clients understanding of all facets of their Marketing initiatives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect Marketing campaign results and be able to analyze marketing data with clients
Provide strategic marketing training/guidance to new and existing clients
Drive revenue providing tactical recommendations and budget oversight
Collaborate with clients to proactively identify and address issues and areas of opportunity
Support the following tactics:
o Advise clients on digital marketing channels (PPC and social media advertising), traditional lead generation (direct mail), zip code based marketing tactics (yard signs, door hangers, etc.), and Provide budget oversight
o Understand competitive marketing research
o Collaborate with Business Coaches and Operations team
Manage brand compliance of approved marketing tactics, standards and materials
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with concentration in Marketing, Communications, or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Expertise in local marketing strategy and experience leveraging local lead generation channels and tactics
Understanding and experience with local SEO and SEM
Experience in social media management and online advertising
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
