The Line Cook prepares ingredients, salads, sides, and desserts while maintaining a clean food prep area. This role serves as support for line cooks during service.

● At least one year of prep/cooking experience in a commercial kitchen ● Ability to work as part of a team ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ● Strong organization and active listening skills
● Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task ● Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification within 3 months of hire
Prep Cook Physical Requirements and Other Requirements
● Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time ● Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs ● Must be able to work nights and weekends
