What is Splash? Well, the name says it all! It is a vibrant and bold new sports bar located right outside of Chase Center in Thrive City, it features a ninety-foot LED screen and over 85+ televisions, 360-degree viewing, virtual golf bays, scratch kitchen, award winning cocktails. This will be the place to watch your favorite teams play in San Francisco!

The Position:
As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team, preparing ingredients and assisting in the overall food preparation process. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help ensure a smooth operation during service.
Pay: $20-$22/hour

Responsibilities:
· Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, proteins, and other ingredients as needed for daily menu items. · Keep workstations clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation standards. · Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries, checking for quality and freshness. · Follow recipes and instructions provided by chefs and cooks to ensure consistency and quality. · Support the kitchen team during peak hours by assisting with cooking and plating as required. · Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and tools to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred. · Strong understanding of food safety practices. · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. · Willingness to learn and take direction from chefs and supervisors.
