Responsibilities

Prep vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients daily​

Follow recipes and portion guidelines​

Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas​

Properly label, date, and store food​

Assist line cooks as needed​

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards​

Qualifications

Kitchen or prep experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)​

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment​

Strong attention to detail​

Team-oriented and dependable​

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs​
